This is not a corrupt bargain. It's not trade by barter, either. It's the 22nd Annual African Marketplace & Cultural Faire where tourists and shoppers of antiquity, African accessories and clothings shopped around for their basic needs. Despite a slowing economy, there was still little change to spare in exchanging goods and services.
